This very spacious fully equipped 1 Bedroom Ocean View apartment is one of a kind located on the third floor, with a spacious dining and sitting area and kitchen with everything you need for a cook-in. The apartment is fully airconditioned, but if you prefer the great Caribbean Breeze, you only have to open the windows and shutters.

Den Laman Condominiums is located at a small beach, centrally on the Island in a safe and intimate condo building with full service diveshop and restaurant. The space The apartment has two balconies, one balcony has Ocean View with great sunsets and the second balcony is overlooking the Island and the sunrise.

The apartment is fully air conditioned, but it also allows a ‘through breeze’ regulated to your taste by louvred screened windows to reduce the need for Air Conditioning. The spacious bedroom has a stylish ensuite bathroom with shower. The apartment is beautifully decorated by art made and chosen by the owner of the apartment. You will enjoy beautiful sunsets with a nice cold drink and meals from the sheltered Ocean view balcony! Guest access The apartment is safely located in an apartment building with a total of 16 apartments. The front door, that gives access to a spacious lobby, is locked of at nights as well as the door towards the stairs.

Bonaire had no public transportation (yet) and taxi's are not always available and relatively expensive. Most of our guests choose to rent a car to explore Bonaire at their own pace. As our guest, you receive exclusive discounted rates with our trusted partners. A truck is mandatory on Bonaire if you are diving.
