Payment Policy

Once your reservation is completed, you will receive a confirmation email along with the payment details.

To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total stay amount is required. All payments must be made in USD and can be done through either bank wire or online credit card payment.


The remaining balance of 80% is due no later than 30 days before your arrival and is non-refundable. Once the payment has been received, a confirmation will be send to you. Please note that reservations are not confirmed until full payment is received. Carib Mall Bonaire receives the right to cancel any booking that has not been fully paid within 29 days. prior to scheduled arrival.


If the accommodation is booked within 30 days before arrival date, the total price will be charged at the time of booking.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be acknowledged in writing in order to be considered valid.


If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit, plus USD25
  • Cancellations made within 28 days of arrival are non-refundable, and the full reservation amount remains due.



All prices displayed on our website are in US dollars (USD). Because unexpected situations can arise, we strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to protect your trip.
